This is the path personally followed by PlaySport Agency Australia's Co-founder, Ryan Hogan. Australia has a similar soccer structure to other countries. The A-League is the top professional league. Underneath the A-League is the NPL (National Premier League). This is the semi-professional setup. The NPL has over 90 teams across all of Australia. Under the NPL is the State leagues, which are also semi-professional and have over 100 teams competing across Australia to reach the NPL.
